Agreement and scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Entryofferbridge and any client who engages us for web design, e-commerce development or related digital services. By accepting a written quote or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms. Where a signed proposal or statement of work says something different, that document takes priority over this page.
Quotes, deposits and payment
Every quote is valid for thirty days from the date it is issued. We ask for a deposit of forty per cent before work begins, with the balance invoiced at agreed milestones and due within fourteen days. All amounts are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Late payments may pause work and attract a small administrative fee, which we will always confirm in writing before applying it.
Client responsibilities
Projects run smoothly when both sides keep their end of the bargain. As a client, you agree to:
- Provide content, images, brand assets and access credentials within the timeframes we agree.
- Nominate a single decision-maker who can approve work on your organisation's behalf.
- Respond to review requests within five business days so schedules hold.
- Confirm that you hold the rights to any material you supply to us.
Revisions, delays and changes
Each project phase includes the number of revision rounds listed in the proposal. Additional rounds, or requests that change the agreed scope, are quoted separately before we proceed. If a project is paused at your request for more than sixty days, we may invoice for work completed to that point and reschedule the remainder subject to availability.
Intellectual property and portfolio rights
On final payment, you own the design files, content and custom code we produced specifically for your project. We retain ownership of our underlying frameworks, internal tooling and reusable components, and we grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your delivered site. Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may display finished work in our portfolio and on social media.
Liability and governing law
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as search rankings or sales figures, because those depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the relevant project. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and disputes are handled in the courts of that state.
