We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and deliver our services.

- Information created during a project: meeting notes, design feedback, invoice records and correspondence tied to your account.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device category, referring page and the pages you view on our site.
- Marketing preferences: whether you have opted in to receive occasional updates from us.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver contracted work, issue invoices, provide support after launch, and improve the content and performance of our own website. Who we share it with

How long we keep it and how we protect it
Project records and invoices are kept for seven years to meet Australian tax and accounting requirements. Enquiry messages that never turn into paid work are deleted within twenty-four months. Access to client information is limited to the small team that needs it, protected by multi-factor authentication, and stored on encrypted infrastructure. No system is perfect, but we review our practices regularly and tighten them when we find gaps.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete information we no longer have a legal reason to keep.
